Some people like to put on gauze bandages on themselves when going to events, usually a Hospital theme party. I got some of my friends who are into this and shot some Houtai photos. Sometimes the model thinks it looks cute so she will want to shoot some Houtai photos. I also have a friend who puts casts on women and take their photos, lots of medical type fetishes here in Japan.
